Your account settings hold your name, your email, and how you sign in. Everyone in a workspace can open their own account settings.

Open your account settings

  1. Click your picture at the bottom right to open the account menu.

  2. At the top of the menu, next to your name, click Edit.

The Account page has two sections: Profile and Security. To go back to your workspace, click Back to app.

Profile

Profile shows your Full name and Email address, as they appear across Grove. You can't edit them here. To change your name or email, click get in touch, and we'll change it for you.

Your picture comes from the account you sign in with, such as Google. If you sign in with an email code or a password, Grove shows your initials.

Set or change your password

  1. In your account settings, click Security.

  2. Under Password, click Set a password, or the button to change it.

  3. Follow the steps.

You don't need a password if you sign in with Google or with an email code.

Turn on two-factor sign-in

Two-factor sign-in adds a second step when you sign in: a code from an authenticator app on your phone.

  1. In your account settings, click Security.

  2. Under Multi-factor authentication, click Set up authenticator app.

  3. Follow the steps on screen to link your authenticator app.

Sign out

Open the account menu, and click Log out. You're signed out of Grove on this browser.
