The Work page shows your initiatives and projects as tables. Use it to see what's in flight, find work, and change many things at once. Click Work at the top of any page.
Your work and All work
Your work shows only what you lead or are a member of.
All work shows everything in the workspace.
Under each, switch between Initiatives and Projects.
Search and filter
Search: click the magnifying glass. Search projects by name, description, or ID, such as P-003. Search initiatives by name or description.
Filter: click the funnel, and pick a field, such as Status, Lead, Priority, or Target. For people, you can pick Me. For dates, pick a preset, such as Overdue or This month, or a custom range.
More than one value: pick several values in one field to match any of them. Filters on different fields must all match.
Remove a filter: each filter shows as a pill. Remove one with its x, or click Clear all filters.
Group, sort, and choose columns
Click the View options button, next to the filter:
Group by: Status, Priority, Lead, Initiative, Members, and more. Pick None for one flat list. In Your work, What needs you groups your work by what to do first, such as Overdue and Needs a lead.
Sort: pick a field and a direction. Click Add sort for a second sort. Pick Manual to drag rows into your own order. A manual order is the same for everyone in the workspace.
Columns: show or hide columns. Some columns, such as Name, can't be hidden.
To change the order of groups, or hide a group, use Manage groups.
Save a view
When you change the filters, grouping, sort, or columns, Save this view appears.
In All work, saving changes the view for everyone in the workspace.
In Your work, saving changes the view only for you. To go back to the default, use Reset view.
Each table has one saved view. If you don't save, your changes are lost when you reload the page or switch tabs.
Edit in the table
Click a cell to change it:
Projects: Status, Lead, Members, Target, Start date, Priority, and Initiative (to move the project).
Initiatives: Status, Lead, Target, Start date, and Priority.
To change many rows at once, tick their boxes, then edit one of them. The change applies to every ticked row.
When the table is grouped by Status, Priority, or Lead, you can drag a project into another group to change that value.
Act on many rows
Tick the rows, and two buttons appear next to View options:
Copy: copies the rows, for pasting into a chat or a message. You can also press Cmd+C (Ctrl+C on Windows).
Archive: archives the rows. See Move or archive work.
Preview a row
Click a row, or press Space on it, to open a preview of its page next to the table. Use Previous row and Next row to move through the table, or Open full page to go to it. Press Escape to close the preview.
